MindArk Support Money Granted but Never committed

Following my last article in February 2025 on Entropia Universe (Bullet 15 in the list above or just click here), where i had been ghosted by MindArk support regarding a mere 3000 peds withdrawal, i said that it was going to be my very last post about this “scam of a game”. I just moved on with my life, knowing very well i had lost a level 73 avatar, and a little less than 2000$ in 3 years. Still i was now playing to other video games, like actually to “Clair Obscur Expedition 33” 😇

Well… in April 2025 it happened that i remembered that my bank account details were still in MindArk database ! And i didn't want my Banking information to be kept by those “ponzi schemers”…

So, on the 20th of April 2025 i opened a new support case, in order to ask them to CLEAR OUT my bank details.

And guess what ? Jasper answered, saying this would be dealt with in my old “withdrawal request” closed case.

The first thing i told myself… “What the Fuck…“

So, i went back to the old re-opened case you can see below…

And just ask them to fucking “CLEAR OUT” my bank details from their database.

And that's with a big surprise, that I read (and even took a screenshot) that my withdrawal was finally approved ! They had finally investigated the case, and with my comments, they were going to approve the withdrawal 👍

So of course they needed to keep my banking information to commit the withdrawal, and upon completion they would delete it if i still wished to do so… All of this seems good news right ? But wait… It's Entropia Universe… It's MindArk ! When something is going your way, it means something smells Fishy!

As you can see on the very same day i told them to “process the approved withdrawal”.

In english that means “It's okay, you can commit the withdrawal you have just approved“

I am just rephrasing it because it seems we don't all speak english the same way 😏

As 5 days later, the withdrawal was still not approved on the 29th of April 2025! (see message above)

So, again 1 week later on the 4th of May 2025 i sent another reminder… Well i don't know for you guys ? But this wasn't my first withdrawal, as if it ever happens it will be my 5th withdrawal, and each time before… As soon as the MindArk Support was approving the withdrawal, the withdrawal committment was done in just a few days.

Still, 1 more week later nothing was done, committed, sent or whatever the word you want to use to execute a wire transfer to my bank account. This time i wondered…

Maybe they don't have anymore English speakers at the support ! Yeah, maybe that's why they're not answering… (Though google translate works pretty well… but well we're not all equipped of a better than average IQ so… 🤣)

So on the 13th of May 2025, i sent them this time the very same message but in French ! I am French native remember ?

Allright… It was fun but as you already guessed it, nothing happened…

So again and again… and again ! 1 More Week later… I decided to open a new support case about my existing support case! Why is that ? Because an Entropian Player who had recently visited my website told me… That with MindArk Support, you sometimes have to open a NEW support case, for them to take a look at an EXISTING Ticket! 🙃

Yes, that's crazy… That's unacceptable… But if it has to be done… why not!

So that's it… That was my last message above to the Support, and of course it didn't change anything…

Now let's try to understand the logic behind this Mess :

1. That was Jasper himself (well known member of the MindArk staff) who answered to me, after i asked them to clear out my bank details, that they were going to handle it from the previous closed (but then re-opened) case.
2. Then in the previous support case, someone else (No longer Jasper) told me my withdrawal was going to be approved.
3. To finally get nothing in the end, as i am now ghosted since 1 month+.

Is Jasper in conflict with his hierarchy at MindArk ? And decided from his own accord to re-open the case ? Thus forcing some other people at MindArk to answer me, even if they didn't want to at first…

Did MindArk support try to trick me by making me believe i was finally going to get this “approved withdrawal”, just to make me spend money in the meantime ? While knowing perfectly that they would never pay me in the end ?

Or was it just a way for them to try to “make a fool of myself” from the very start ?

Knowing how the MindArk support work… I am inclined to believe the latest sentence 🤨

You know we're the 2nd of June 2025 at the time i am writing this (Final ?!?) Article, and the economy both in and out of the game is in a pretty bad shape ! I am far from being the first person to have said in the past that the game was dying… But at the moment, it's exactly what we can see both with the latest Financial report of MindArk, but also in the game…

• Many are the players who are trying to sell ALL of their Skills in game.
  For those who don't know, that would be a way to get some money back if they ever succeed in getting paid…
• The latest Mayhem event was a Disaster, there was clearly a lack of interest by the players. But also many bugs, like if MindArk wanted to exploit these in order to get more money from the players. (there were no refunds).
• Many prices in the auction have spiralled downward, often we sell directly to the trade terminal now (no profit!)
• Old Veterans of the game are still trying hard to sell their Uber stuff at prices, where nobody in their right mind but also regarding the disastrous economy of the game, will decide to spend the money to acquire them.

Entropia Universe is dying, and i will surely never get my “approved” payment.

Again… It was never for the money. If some of you people have already watched my stream, you know i have my own small private gym with thousands of dollars worth of equipment, and this is only the tip of the iceberg… I have worked hard to be good on a financial level, so i have nothing to be ashamed of. I wasn't born with a golden spoon.

300 bucks are not going to change my life ! But again i hope for the sake of new players (because unfortunately there are), that they will read this before choosing to start depositing money in Entropia Universe.

In the end… They still have my Bank Information! They're holding me prisonner because they said they needed them to process the payment, but haven't done anything so far, and if i ask them to clear them out, they will probably not approve the withdrawal… So it's a way for them to keep things from moving.

Maybe i should try opening another support case asking them to clear out my bank details, specifying that anyway they haven't approved any payment, so at worst i won't get any money but at least my Bank Information will be erased from their system. I'll keep you informed…

Update Summer 2025 – 2500 Peds of HOF out of the blue…

Frankly i never asked for it…

The first was a 523 peds on a Frescoquda Provider (3rd of July 2025).
The second was a 1427 peds on a Longtooth Mature (6th of July 2025).
The third was a 544 peds on a Longtooth Mature (7th of July 2025).

It doesn't change a thing though, it just means i'll be able to play for free a little while longer. Knowing MindArk tried to trick me by making me believe my withdrawal was going to be approved, when it will never be… just to try to make me deposit once more, as if i was a drug addict like many other EU players…

Well, you can be sure that HOFs or not, i don't even care.

You don't celebrate when you know that MindArk will never grant you any withdrawal anymore…

On a side note, i have contacted a Law Firm based in Sweden called Kahn Pedersen. Before filing a law suit, i have been advised to remind MindArk of the current situation, and so i did by creating another support ticket. This last ticket though, will stay between me and MindArk as the main issue is “they don't want to erase my bank info” from their database.

Final Update – my 5th Withdrawal has been committed after 176 Business days !

Yes… As crazy as it sounds, MindArk finally paid me after more than 6 months after i clicked the withdrawal button, but a little less than 2 weeks after i notified them, that i had been in contact with the swedish Law Firm called Kahn Pedersen.

I told you i am not the kind of guy who is going to “talk a lot and whine on the forum”, i am the guy who will take action. Besides I work at the moment for a confidential Law Firm… So, i am not afraid to contact lawyers.

So, here is the final message MindArk sent me on the 8th of July 2025.

And i received my money on the week thereafter. Funny thing is they didn't close the case right away, they wanted to let it open until the end of the SLA (service level agreement) which is 7 days, just to show that they did their part and now they're waiting for me to confirm and close the ticket. I even received a notification about this 😅

Moral of the story is… Threatening Mindark with justice DOES work!
